Keane Ceramics Midfire 33 Warm
Like it's sibling Midfire 33, Midfire 33 Warm has a smooth, plastic body that makes it perfect for throwing and handbuilding. Unlike it's sibling, this clay has a little more grog, meaning it is better suited to handbuilding and larger throws.
As the name suggests, this clay fires to a beautiful warm cinnamon colour with black and white specks at glaze temperature and works well with a wide range of glazes.
This clay looks great when used with Midfire 33, whether as an inlay, nerikomi, or combined to create new colours.
Texture: Smooth
Firing Temperature: Midfire (1222°C)
Cone: 6
Shrinkage: 12%
Size: Approximately 10kg
